Executive coaching provides a business or non-profit leader with
a focused strategy that will help him/her lead and manage change
that is responsive to both employees and work relationships. Individuals
will be taught to hone their competencies to face current and anticipated
challenges in the organization while aligning the needs of individuals
to organizational needs and strategy. Finally individuals will learn
techniques to influence others and build and sustain productive
internal and external relationships.
Individual Coaching For Success
With the support of the employee’s supervisor, create work
goals and a clear course of action with a specific time frame to
improve employee productivity and morale. Interviews, written and
verbal assessments and discussions will help the employee assess
his/her current skills and behaviors and help determine what is
needed to improve the work environment.
Career Exploration
Through one-on-one meetings, interviews and assessments, individuals
will review their skills, interests and motivators. Individuals
will be able to identify career paths and set goals that will meet
their personal and professional needs.
Career Transition
With the constantly changing work environment, individuals are often
faced with their position growing beyond their skill level or potential
or having their position eliminated. Support is provided through
career exploration to determine alternatives. Skill, interest and
aptitude assessments, goal setting, resume writing, networking and
communication strategies are provided. Career transition support
is provided for a specific length of time, agreed upon at the discretion
of the company and the needs of the individual. The result is a
smooth transition to a new position within the company or identifying
external career options.
